• Help write and place obituaries; stepping in to help notify family and friends; 

• Access and secure important digital information and assets with a dedicated estate team, protecting the deceased’s identity and cancelling recurring services where necessary, and

• Help survivors claim benefits. 

This isn’t nearly an exhaustive list of what we can do – and have done – in emergency situations. Our chief concierge has, for example, helped survivors and grieving families after a fatal airline crash over the waters of Point Hunume, CA. She was challenged and yet driven to honor the deceased and their grieving families. What no one can train to do for every potential crisis, we have the competence, care, sensibility and resources to address when disaster strikes. If your own department doesn’t have a dedicated bereavement counselor to offer grieving families solutions, we’re only a phone call away. 

We’re also here for the every-day First Responder community, offering technology solutions to age-old problems, like, does an unresponsive subject of a 911 call have a DNR? What medications are they on and what medical conditions do they have? Who is their next of kin / legacy contact? Clozure members are prepared with all that information at the EMT’s and charge nurse’s fingertips by means of a handy Clozure Card™.

Every bright red card, with scannable QR code, should become as familiar to EMTs as a medical ID bracelet. And, we’d like all of them to use it too. Given the risk that first responders encounter as a way of life, we offer an easy-to-follow online app to guide them into securing their own legacies.
