Edward Blanchard currently serves as the Regional Disaster Officer for the Texas Gulf Coast Region. He joined the team following three and a half years of service as the Regional Disaster Officer for the New Jersey Region. Prior to his time in New Jersey, Edward held the role of Deputy Disaster Officer for the American Red Cross in Northern New England, overseeing disaster operations across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
