These schedules are in conjunction with our agreement with the venue and must be followed. Please take this into consideration when planning your pre and post event travel schedule.

Please note, this is a strict timescale that has been set in conjunction with venue health & safety regulations.
Breaking your booth down prior to show closure is PROHIBITED.
Please take your waste with you. Any waste left that incurs costs for the organiser, will be passed on accordingly.
Shipping:
For shipping to the venue you are able to use Freeman, who will also ensure that the package is delivered to your booth. (More information will be availble once their webshop link becomes availble)
If you plan to have your package delivered by a 3rd party please deliver to the address below from Monday 3rd - Tuesday 4th November between 8:00 - 16:30.

In the absence of the exhibitor the organizers will sign for any deliveries before the show, however all couriers will be asked to leave packages on your booth. We cannot guarantee the safety or accept any responsibility of these packages.
Drayage is the transportation of exhibitor material from the loading dock to a booth and back at the end of the show. All exhibitors shipping material to the convention center will incur a drayage/material handling charge. Also, if the package is too big to be carried by one person, there will be an additional charge.
*The Organisers are not liable for any loss or damages of deliveries.
Parking:
The parking rate vary, depending on which of the four neighbouring garages you decide to use, the maximum daily rate averaging at $30-$40
