Compulsory Forms

It is a requirement that the below information is submitted prior to the event, please read the below information carefully & submit the information relevant to which stand type you have;

(If you are unsure of your stand type please check the Stand Information tab along the left side of the E-Zone)

 

Pipe & Drape Booth Requirements

Pipe & Drape booths come with a nameboard plaque and standard carpet included in the package.

PLEASE NOTE – Any additional extras such as electrics, internet and furniture are the responsibility of the exhibitor and carry additional charges.

Please make sure you have completed the Company Profile section as this is the name that is displayed on your nameboard plaque at the show. If you would like anything different please let us know ASAP by emailing us on de.texas@fortemexpo.com

 

Space Only Booth Requirements

All Space Only/Raw Booth contractors and exhibitors are required to provide the following information:

Insurance - must have a minimum general liability of $2 million and cover all days of the event (including build and breakdown).

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) - If you plan on having an external party to assist in building your booth please can you send us their contact details. If you will not have any external support please can you also state that so we are aware.

Booth Plan - This is an image/drawing of a rough design of your booth, with what you plan on showing/having on your space.

The DEADLINE for the above submission is 6 weeks ahead of the show, if you belive that you will need longer, please let your Customer Service Manager know.

Please note: You must begin setting up your booth from 10am to 4:30pm on Monday 3rd November. Arrival on Tuesday 4th November, may result in your booth being incomplete as there is no access to build on Wednesday 5th November.

Bringing a Display Vehicle/Trailer? 

You must provide us with the following information on any VEHICLES / TRAILERS / MODULES you are planning to bring to the event;

The mandatory information required =

- Vehicle Type -

- Dimensions of Vehicle / Trailer / Module (HxWxD) -

- Registration of Vehicle / Delivery Vehicle -

- Fuel type / Tank size / Battery? -

- Contact Details of Driver –

- Image of vehicle -

Important information to adhere to =

- Your vehicle must not have no more than a quarter of a tank of fuel.

- The battery must be disconnected

Please provide us with this information as soon as possible, as failure to provide the required information will result in not being able to bring in the vehicle.

Also to be able to get your vehicle into the venue, you will need to set it up on the first build day; Sunday 28th September between 8AM & 10AM - Please confirm this is doable with your Customer Service Manager.
