About Art delaCruz

Art delaCruz serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Team Rubicon (TR). In this capacity, he is responsible for all facets of the veteran-led humanitarian organization that enables +170,000 volunteers to serve global communities before, during, and after crises and disasters. As CEO, he is responsible for programs and operations, fundraising, finances, volunteers, technology, marketing, and communications, and developing and executing the organization’s strategy. They have conducted over 1300 operations since their 2010 founding.
Art served as a US Naval Officer for 22 years. He earned his bachelor''s degree in physics from the US Naval Academy and a masters degree in operations management from the University of Arkansas.
