Brandi M. Hunter is the Founder and CEO of Aspiring Emergency Managers Online, LLC (AEMO). Brandi founded the online professional development organization in 2020 with the full understanding of the many challenges and competitiveness aspiring EMs may face while pursuing a career in Emergency Management. Since 2020, with the support of the Emergency Management and other related fields, the organization is at 4,000 members and growing with many new EMs referencing AEMO as one of the support systems that has helped connect them with mentors, locate relevant training and information, and provide job readiness and motivation to land their first job within the field. Brandi is committed to providing ongoing guidance and encouragement to ensure the next generation of EMs are well prepared and confident to be the next successful leaders in EM and their communities.
