About Patsy Gasca
My name is Patsy Gasca a 35-year disaster manager for the American Red Cross of the Central Coast which covers Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties. My job is to create resilencey and to help encourage residents to be prepared for all hazards from youth to our Senior population. I reside in Monterey County and my priority or goal is to engage my two counties that are very disaster prone to become more resilient and as prepared as possible for any disaster facing them.
