Seminar Title

The Hidden Lifeline: Rethinking Emergency Nutrition Through Food Science

Seminar Description

In emergency situations, nutrition is often viewed as a matter of calories alone. But survivors need more than fuel, they need functional nourishment that supports recovery and resilience. Drawing on his experience as a medical doctor and food scientist, Dr. Reza Soltanzadeh explores how shelf-stable, nutrient-rich meals can transform disaster response by delivering affordable, immune-supporting nutrition that’s both effective and accessible.
