Ty Farrell serves as Senior Manager, Emergency Response and Security Management at Plains All American. With more than 34 years of global emergency response experience, Mr. Farrell has expertise spanning maritime and flood rescue, oil spill and natural disaster response, firefighting, law enforcement, and security incident management.

A retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer, Mr. Farrell dedicated over 22 years to national emergency response operations. His service includes volunteering with various fire departments and community organizations throughout his assignments. Following his Coast Guard career, he instructed international students on Major Emergency Management for offshore incident response with Falck Safety.

Mr. Farrell employs an all-hazards approach to emergency response. He emphasizes the importance of being thoroughly trained, competent, and adaptable as critical components of effective incident management. Recognizing that each situation is unique, he prioritizes flexibility to drive successful outcomes.
