Weston Bartkoski is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Stretegic Robot Systems, Inc. (SRS), a San Diego-based company known for its FUSION hybrid ROY. With a background as a Marine Raider, he brings over a decade of maritime special operations leadership experience to the underwater robotics sector. His career has included commanding teams in the U.S. Marine Corps, managing complex missions across Asia and the Middle East. He has supported multiple robotic programs for the USCG and international border forces as part of his work with aerial unmanned systems prior to joining SRS.
Weston holds an Executive MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and Bachelors of Science from the United States Naval Academy. He thrives at the intersection of Al, drones, and high-risk operations with human machine teams.

Seminar Description
Learn how underwater robolic technologies support emergency response. This session examines how small ROVs, with high-definition cameras, multibeam sonar and real-time underwater GPS, perform safe, precise intervention in challenging conditions. We will also explore the capabilities of micro-AUVs that integrale DVL, USBL and advanced navigation for autonomous missions and wide area search. Participants will gain insights into how these systems enhance safety, efficiency and capability in recovery and disaster response.
